Arenoso: Boot day thanks to Matthew 277/366 #project366 #october #2016 #hurricanematthew has brought water to our island on his "Caribbean Cruise". I wasn't about to get wet, so I went to the office wearing jeans and sporting my "rainy day boots". More water and bad weather is expected tomorrow, mainly because this guy, aside from being huge, is slow as a turtle. We keep our neighbor Haiti in our prayers as they will receive the blunt force of Matthew directly, as well as those less fortunate who live close to flooding areas and whose housing will not be able to sustain the winds. #huracanmatthew #santodomingo #dominicanrepublic #republicadominicana #weather
