This US Coast Guard helicopter gave a demonstration of their rescue operations on sea. The US Coast Guard works in cooperation with the Dominican government to prevent illegal immigration from our country to Puerto Rico and to rescue those less fortunate that never make it to Puerto Rican coasts.
